Driver Code of Conduct

To ensure a pleasant experience for ShopeeFood customers, we encourage drivers to adhere to the following code of conduct.

If the ShopeeFood Driver commits a violation, the penalty will depend on the following number of penalty points:

25 PointsAccount will be deactivated for 1 hour
50 PointsAccount will be deactivated for 3 days
100 PointsAccount will be deactivated for 7 days
150 PointsTermination of partnership

The following are some violations and their respective penalty points:

Not wearing official ShopeeFood attributes, including jackets and helmets, or adhering to the attribute guidelines set by Shopee.

Using subpar equipment, such as damaged helmets or vehicles that are more than 9 years old.

Wearing inappropriate and irrelevant clothing and accessories, such as sandals, shorts, earrings (for male partners), displaying tattoos, or engaging in offensive behavior.

Intentionally uploading purchase receipt that does not match the order, and/or not uploading purchase receipt on the ShopeeFood Driver App.

Not taking orders and/or finishing orders in the designated time and place.

Not taking orders at the designated place and not delivering orders within 15 minutes after receiving orders.

Having low or below average service, hospitality, and productivity ratings based on ShopeeFood’s regulation and rating system.

Intentionally adding payment value outside of what is written on the ShopeeFood Driver App without prior confirmation.

Purchasing goods that do not match the order or purchase receipt without prior confirmation.

Engaging in inappropriate actions or behavior that cause discomfort to merchants, customers, and other parties.

Abusing a ShopeeFood customer's account either in the Shopee App or another app, such as making fictitious orders made by themselves or cooperating with certain parties for personal or other gains.
