Not wearing official ShopeeFood attributes, including jackets and helmets, or adhering to the attribute guidelines set by Shopee.

Using subpar equipment, such as damaged helmets or vehicles that are more than 9 years old.

Wearing inappropriate and irrelevant clothing and accessories, such as sandals, shorts, earrings (for male partners), displaying tattoos, or engaging in offensive behavior.

Intentionally uploading purchase receipt that does not match the order, and/or not uploading purchase receipt on the ShopeeFood Driver App.

Not taking orders and/or finishing orders in the designated time and place.

Not taking orders at the designated place and not delivering orders within 15 minutes after receiving orders.

Having low or below average service, hospitality, and productivity ratings based on ShopeeFood’s regulation and rating system.

Intentionally adding payment value outside of what is written on the ShopeeFood Driver App without prior confirmation.

Purchasing goods that do not match the order or purchase receipt without prior confirmation.

Engaging in inappropriate actions or behavior that cause discomfort to merchants, customers, and other parties.

Using offensive language when communicating with customers and other parties.

Delivering goods in a damaged condition, whether accidentally or intentionally.

Not wearing a mask. Not complying to social distancing rules and other health protocols in relation to COVID19.

Receiving sanctions from authorities for traffic regulation violations.

Contacting customers or merchants after bookings are completed and/or outside of ShopeeFood services.

Using unofficial Shopee applications and/or other applications in an attempt to manipulate other parties.

Using devices which basic security level has been altered (e.g. Android Root/iOS jailbreak)

Neglecting safety measures for ShopeeFood accounts, such as loaning or selling a driver's ShopeeFood account.

Accepting and taking orders from stores owned by the driver him/herself, the driver’s family or relatives.

Accepting and taking orders from customers who are the driver him/herself, the driver’s family members or relatives.

Manipulating Shopee’s system for any personal gains and reasons such as additional profit/orders/incentives.

Sharing personal information of other drivers, merchants or customers.

Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during ShopeeFood deliveries.

Proven to be using falsified documents or identities (e.g. KTP, SIM, KK, SKCK, etc.) and skipping the verification process as required.

Spreading any form of disinformation and defamation about Shopee, Shopee employees and related parties, and is misleading and creating public anxieties.

Confirming the delivery status on ShopeeFood Driver App without actually taking an order or sending it to the customer.

Attempting or committing any criminal acts towards customers or other parties during and outside of ShopeeFood deliveries.

Being in possession of any weapons, drugs, and other dangerous goods.

Involving in these behaviours of any form: sexual assault, physical and verbal harrassment, profanity, and confrontation towards ShopeeFood drivers, customers, merchants, employees and other parties.

Offering and giving items or money to Shopee employees in an attempt to violate rules.

Abusing a ShopeeFood customer's account either in the Shopee App or another app, such as making fictitious orders made by themselves or cooperating with certain parties for personal or other gains.

Picking up and/or delivering orders from other food delivery platforms when receiving ShopeeFood orders.

Cancelling the order after picking up the orders.

Choosing an inappropriate cancellation reason

Cancelling orders multiple times, including ignoring orders and cancelling received orders

Damaging (opening, swapping, and damaging the packaging or the content, etc) or intentionally losing customer orders

Losing customer packages

Conducting actions that can cause damage to Shopee Drivers and SPX Drivers Non Standard or other drivers whether intentional or unintentional
